Dr. John Cantwell is a highly experienced Dentist with over 40 years in general practice. A graduate of the University of Bristol Dental Hospital, he also holds a Diploma in Postgraduate Dental Studies and has been deeply involved in both clinical dentistry and professional leadership throughout his career.
He has owned and managed successful NHS practices in Somerset and served as Chair and Secretary of the Avon Local Dental Committee, Educational Supervisor for Foundation Dentists, and Advisor to Dental Protection Ltd. Dr. Cantwell is known for his calm, reassuring approach and commitment to high-quality, ethical patient care.
Beyond dentistry, he enjoys cooking, gardening, scuba diving, and travelling, bringing the same curiosity and enthusiasm to life that he does to his work.
